| We offer free delivery within Singapore |

| Orders received before 4pm shall be delivered on the same day. Orders received after 4pm shall be delivered the following working day. |

| Sunday deliveries can be arranged with an additional surcharge of $10. However, orders must be received 2 days in advance. |

| Any cancellation of advance orders must be given 24 hours prior to the delivery date, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the order amount will be imposed. |

| Do provide us with the recipient's contact number to ensure that there is someone at home to receive the gift or flowers. |
